Commissioning a new yacht is a significant undertaking. When the owner is based overseas or unable to visit the yard regularly, it is easy to lose visibility of progress, quality and whether the build is on track with the agreed specification.
Joe can act as your independent representative at the shipyard throughout the build process. Working directly with the yard on your behalf, he monitors construction at key stages, identifies any issues early and delivers clear, factual progress reports so you always know exactly where things stand.

Joe works exclusively for you, not the shipyard. His assessment is independent and based on professional surveying standards and the owner's agreed contract with the yard.

At each agreed stage Joe attends the yard, assesses progress and quality, and identifies any issues requiring attention.
Progress Reports
Following each visit Joe delivers a clear written report with photographs, so the owner has an accurate picture of where the build stands.
Pre-Delivery Inspection
Before handover Joe carries out a thorough inspection of the finished vessel.
Handover
Joe attends sea trials before final handover.
